BLOKK.BOT GUIDES

Choose the capacity and history your store needs.

Free, Starter and Plus use the same monitoring core. Compare how much supported activity can be assessed each day, how long you can review it, and whether your store is eligible for account protection.

Editorial review: . Platform capabilities can change; linked official sources describe their current scope.

A check is an event, not a visitor.

One supported event submitted for assessment uses an activity check. A shopper can view several products, add an item and start checkout during one visit. Those observations can use several checks while still belonging to one session. A check is not a bot detected, an order placed or a purchase blocked.

Each plan has two separate daily allowances: storefront and shopping activity, and reserved signed-in account activity. One cannot borrow from the other. Heavy browsing therefore cannot spend the capacity reserved for account assessment. Both reset at midnight UTC, with no carryover or automatic overage charges.

Compare the standard plan allowances.

These are the standard terms. Plan in the installed app shows your confirmed allowance and history, including any existing contract or development-test override. Plus adds capacity and longer history; its supported account policy and recovery controls are the same as Starter. All three plans include email support.

At the limit, check which allowance is affected.

An exhausted allowance stops additional intake into that category until its next reset. The app shows monitoring and protection limits separately. An incomplete period must not be read as a complete account of the store’s traffic. Choosing a longer date range does not recover events that were never accepted.

Existing account restrictions may still apply. Removing a restriction and turning protection off remain available; recovery does not require an upgrade. Check the reset time in Plan before deciding whether a higher allowance suits your normal activity. Repeatedly refreshing a page or resending a test does not increase the allowance.

Activity history and detailed signals expire separately.

Activity history gives you a longer view of received events and findings. Detailed signals and account links provide the closer explanation of a session. Their shorter retention period means older records can remain visible after their original session detail is no longer available. Missing detail is not a new finding or proof that the activity changed.

Retention describes how long records are kept. It does not describe how long a checkout restriction lasts. Reviewed evidence, security and privacy records, recovery history and backups follow separate schedules in the privacy notice.

A confirmed downgrade applies the shorter history period to existing records. Upgrading later cannot restore deleted history. A temporary subscription-check failure preserves the last confirmed retention schedule; it does not create an automatic downgrade.

Choose using recorded activity and the support you need.

  1. Start with Free to confirm your connections and understand received activity.
  2. Compare several representative days, including busy periods. Use checks rather than a visitor estimate.
  3. Consider Starter for eligible account protection, more daily checks and longer history.
  4. Choose Plus when its higher capacity or longer review window fits your store.

Select and manage subscriptions through Shopify using Plan in Blokk Bot. Review Shopify’s price, trial and effective date before approving a change. A paid subscription does not turn protection on or make an unsupported store eligible. The account protection guide explains that separate decision.

If the numbers look unexpected, first check the selected period, source, consent and any marked test exclusions. Use the monitoring checklist or contact support with the status and approximate time, without customer details or access credentials.

Put these ideas to work in your store.
