There is no public paid plan yet. Start by showing us the store activity you need to understand.
A scoped design-partner evaluation
- Confirm which storefront and commerce observations your store can provide.
- Agree the assessment allowance, retention, support contact and pilot duration.
- Begin in monitor mode and review evidence with explicit coverage gaps. Keep existing store protections in place.
- Agree deliverables, acceptance criteria, a minimum useful activity sample and a review date. Record an inconclusive result if too little relevant activity occurs; an extension needs agreement.
Read the design-partner offer: coverage map, reviewable evidence, outcomes and an explicit end review. A paid evaluation is proposed only when those deliverables can be provided and the commercial arrangement is authorised.
Discuss a pilotOne recurring package, when the workflow is proven.
Continue the same supported workflow with merchant-controlled policies, session evidence, corrections and outcome reporting. The offer will state its coverage, observation allowance, support arrangements and renewal price. A merchant must approve the plan through Shopify before recurring charges begin. There is no automatic conversion from a pilot.
No surprise usage bill.
Requesting access does not start a trial, subscription or charge. Subscription activation, any fees, included usage, alert thresholds and the behaviour at the budget limit must be explained and agreed before a paid plan is enabled. Billing configuration and platform approval remain release blockers.
Traffic is not the same as value.
Reports distinguish ingested observations, assessments, sessions, confirmed outcomes and executed actions. We do not add those into a single “bots stopped” number. Monitor-only matches do not count as blocked actions.
Before accepting a pilot
We review eligibility, the authorised Shopify installation route, the store’s plan and permissions, data-processing terms and recovery procedures. No App Store listing or production protection is currently promised.
